Privacy Policy

Tripravel plans trips. This page describes exactly what the app stores, what leaves your device, and who else sees it. There is no advertising, no analytics SDK, no tracking across other apps or websites, and nothing is sold.
What is stored
Your account
You sign in with Apple, with Google, or as a guest. Guest accounts are anonymous and carry no name or email. If you sign in with Apple or Google we receive whatever that provider gives us — typically an email address and a display name — and store it alongside an account identifier. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
What you create
Trips and itineraries, saved drives and their stops, expenses you log, packing lists, and your traveler profile. The traveler profile includes pace, budget level, dietary needs, accessibility needs, things you would rather avoid, and a free-text note. Treat that note as you would any text you type into an app: whatever you write there is stored and is sent to the AI model when a plan is generated.
Preferences
Preferred language and currency are stored with your account. Theme, exchange rates, your notification switches and your in-app notification history stay on your device only.
Your device
If you turn on plan-ready notifications, we store an Apple Push Notification token and whether it is a sandbox or production token, so the notification reaches the right device. We also keep a device identifier.
Usage records
Each AI request writes a row recording which kind it was, how many tokens it used, how long it took and which model answered. This exists to enforce the per-user limits and to know what the service costs. It contains no itinerary text.
Location
Tripravel asks for your location in exactly one place: the Use my location button when choosing where a drive starts. It is a single reading, never continuous, and never in the background. The coordinate is turned into a place name on your device, and is then sent to our server as the starting point of that route search. If you never tap that button, the app never asks for or uses your location.
Who else processes your data
- Supabase — accounts and database.
- Render — hosts the API (Frankfurt).
- Anthropic and DeepSeek — generate and edit itineraries and packing lists. What is sent: your destinations, trip length, chosen interests and your traveler profile constraints, including the free-text note. Your name, email and account identifier are not sent.
- Google Places — checks that suggested venues exist and finds stops along a drive. What is sent: place names, city names and route geometry. Nothing identifying you.
- Apple — maps and routing (MapKit), push delivery (APNs) and subscription purchases (App Store). Apple handles payment; we never see your card details.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete Account removes your account, and with it your trips, saved drives, expenses and usage records. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
One thing is deliberately kept: a record of the device, with no personal content attached, so that free trials cannot be reset by deleting an account and creating another. Nothing in that record identifies you.
Children
Tripravel is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Most of it is editable in the app; for anything else, write to us and we will action it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the app will point you here.

Hesabın
Apple, Google ya da misafir olarak giriyorsun. Misafir hesaplar anonimdir; ad ya da e-posta taşımaz. Apple veya Google ile girersen o sağlayıcının bize verdiği bilgiyi — genellikle bir e-posta ve görünen ad — hesap kimliğiyle birlikte saklarız. Kimlik doğrulamayı Supabase yürütür.
Oluşturdukların
Geziler ve programlar, kaydettiğin rotalar ve durakları, girdiğin harcamalar, bagaj listeleri ve gezgin profilin. Gezgin profili tempo, bütçe düzeyi, beslenme tercihleri, erişilebilirlik ihtiyaçları, istemediğin şeyler ve serbest bir not alanı içerir. O not alanına yazdığın her şey saklanır ve bir plan üretilirken yapay zekâ modeline gönderilir.
Tercihler
Dil ve para birimi hesabınla birlikte saklanır. Tema, döviz kurları, bildirim anahtarların ve uygulama içi bildirim geçmişin yalnızca cihazında kalır.
Cihazın
"Plan hazır" bildirimlerini açarsan, bildirimin doğru cihaza ulaşması için bir Apple Push Notification jetonu ve bunun sandbox mı üretim mi olduğunu saklarız. Ayrıca bir cihaz tanımlayıcısı tutarız.
Kullanım kayıtları
Her yapay zekâ isteği; türünü, kaç token harcadığını, ne kadar sürdüğünü ve hangi modelin yanıtladığını kaydeden bir satır yazar. Bu, kullanıcı başına sınırları uygulamak ve servisin maliyetini bilmek içindir. Program metni içermez.
Konum
Tripravel konumunu tek bir yerde ister: bir sürüşün nereden başladığını seçerken kullandığın Konumumu kullan düğmesi. Tek seferlik bir okumadır; sürekli değildir, arka planda hiç çalışmaz. Koordinat cihazında yer adına çevrilir, ardından o rota aramasının başlangıç noktası olarak sunucumuza gönderilir. O düğmeye hiç dokunmazsan uygulama konumunu ne ister ne kullanır.
Veriyi başka kim işliyor
- Supabase — hesaplar ve veritabanı.
- Render — API'yi barındırır (Frankfurt).
- Anthropic ve DeepSeek — programları ve bagaj listelerini üretir ve düzenler. Gönderilenler: gideceğin yerler, gezi uzunluğu, seçtiğin ilgi alanları ve serbest not dahil gezgin profili kısıtların. Adın, e-postan ve hesap kimliğin gönderilmez.

Verini silmek
Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil; hesabını ve onunla birlikte gezilerini, kayıtlı rotalarını, harcamalarını ve kullanım kayıtlarını siler. Anında olur ve geri alınamaz.
Bir şey bilerek saklanır: hiçbir kişisel içerik taşımayan bir cihaz kaydı. Amacı, hesabı silip yenisini açarak ücretsiz denemenin sıfırlanmasını engellemektir. O kayıtta seni tanımlayan hiçbir şey yoktur.
Çocuklar
Tripravel 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir ve bilerek onların verisini toplamayız.
Haklarına dair
Verine erişebilir, düzeltebilir, dışa aktarabilir veya silebilirsin. Çoğu uygulama içinden düzenlenebilir; gerisi için bize yaz, biz yapalım.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika esaslı biçimde değişirse yukarıdaki tarih değişir ve uygulama seni buraya yönlendirir.
