Write to burakaybi@gmail.com. Toplan is made by one person, so an answer usually takes a day or two rather than an hour. Tell me what you were doing and what happened — that is almost always enough to find it.
A guest account has no email and no password, which means there is nothing to sign back in with. Signing out of one leaves your plans, saved places and rooms on an account that cannot be reached again — including by me. There is no recovery for this, which is why the app warns before it happens.
If you want your plans to survive a reinstall or a new phone, sign in with Apple or Google instead. You can do that at any time.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Toplan. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Toplan, then Cancel. It keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
A free trial has to be cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, or it turns into a paid subscription.
Refunds go through Apple, who took the payment — reportaproblem.apple.com. I cannot issue one, and I cannot see your payment details.
Open the app and pull down on any screen, or open the Premium screen and tap Restore purchases. The app asks the App Store what you own and tells the server. If it still does not switch on after that, write to me with the date of the purchase and I will look.
That information comes from Google Maps, and Toplan shows it as Google has it. If it is wrong there, it is wrong here. Corrections have to go to Google — Toplan cannot edit it. Always check before you set off; a place that closed last month can still look open.
Events come from Ticketmaster. The date, the venue and whether tickets are left are theirs. Toplan does not sell tickets and cannot hold one.
A room link works in any browser and needs no account, but joining and voting happen in the app. If the link opens a page that only offers to open the app, that is the page for someone who does not have Toplan installed yet.
Check Settings → Notifications → Toplan on your iPhone, and the notification screen inside the app. Toplan only sends a push when somebody adds a place to your room or a room's plan is ready — not for every change, on purpose.
Toplan has its own language setting: Settings → Language. It does not have to match your phone. One exception: the permission boxes iOS draws — location, calendar, notifications — always follow the phone's language, because iOS draws them, not the app.
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It removes your plans, saved places, the rooms you opened, your seats in other people's rooms, your notification tokens, your subscription record and the login itself. It cannot be undone.
It does not cancel an App Store subscription — that one is Apple's, and has to be cancelled separately.
If a suggestion is inappropriate, or someone has written something in a shared room that should not be there, send me the link and I will take it down. Rooms and shared plans are reachable by anyone holding the link, so a link is enough for me to find it.
What is collected and who it goes to is in the Privacy Policy. The subscription and what the suggestions are — and are not — is in the Terms of Use.
