Terms of Use

These terms cover using Toplan. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.

Who provides it

Toplan is provided by Burak Aybi, an individual developer. Contact: burakaybi@gmail.com.

What you get

A personal, non-transferable licence to use Toplan on devices you own, under the terms of the App Store. You may not resell it, rent it, take it apart, or use it to build a competing service.

Subscription

• Toplan Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews at the end of each period until you cancel.
• The price and the length of any free trial are shown in the app before you buy, in your own currency. They are not written into these terms, because they differ by country and can change.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Renewal is charged within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
• Cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• A free trial must be cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, or it turns into a paid subscription. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Ask through reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Deleting your Toplan account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it with Apple.

What is free

Writing your own plan, sharing it, running a poll on it, joining somebody else's room, adding places, voting, and marking the days you are free — all of this is free, at every tier. It is meant to stay that way.

What the suggestions are

Toplan drafts the kinds of place that would suit what you asked for, then looks each one up on Google Maps and only shows you venues that actually exist. Even so:

• Opening hours, prices, ratings and addresses come from Google and can be out of date or wrong. Check before you go.
• Events come from Ticketmaster. Dates, venues and availability are theirs, and can change or sell out.
• A suggestion is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a booking. Toplan does not reserve anything and is not a party to anything you buy from a venue or a ticket seller.
• Walking and driving times are estimates.

Using it properly

Do not use Toplan to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload content you have no right to, or to attack the service — scraping, automated requests at volume, or trying to get around usage limits. Do not attempt to make the AI produce content that is illegal or harmful.

Notes, room names and plan titles you write can be seen by anyone you share the link with. What you write there is your responsibility.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and it takes your data with it. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or other people.

Availability

Toplan is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Features can change or be withdrawn. If a paid feature is withdrawn permanently while you have an active subscription, contact us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything that happens at a venue you found through Toplan. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including your statutory consumer rights, which these terms do not affect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you use Toplan as a consumer somewhere else, you keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top changes with them, and a material change will be announced in the app.
